Terms of Use
These terms explain what SoftNest provides, how the service may be used, and where responsibility for third-party apps begins.
We explain our rules in plain language. If this summary conflicts with the detailed terms below, the detailed terms control.
Acceptance and service scope
By accessing or using SoftNest, you agree to these terms. The platform provides app information, release history, security information, and download access. It does not own third-party apps or act on behalf of their developers.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and comply with app licenses and local law.
- Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, or security checks
- Do not distribute malicious, modified, or infringing files
- Do not impersonate developers or submit false information
- Do not run disruptive automated collection without permission
Third-party apps and intellectual property
App names, trademarks, code, and packages belong to their respective rights holders. Developers are responsible for app functionality, licensing, pricing, and privacy practices. Unless stated otherwise, listing does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Security information and availability
Scanning and verification reflect information available at the time of review and cannot guarantee that a file is risk-free. Check the release, architecture, permissions, and device compatibility before installation.
We may update, suspend, remove, or restrict content for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise complete information, uninterrupted availability, or that a third-party app is fit for a particular purpose.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded; all other liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination, changes, and disputes
We may restrict access or reject submissions that violate these terms. Updates will change the date on this page; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
Contact us first to resolve disputes in good faith. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
